You should probably categorize it under Education or Standarized tests, depending on the type of test you're asking about.

It depends on what part of it you are discussing. You should classify it by the organs involved. I would put it under "intestines" or "intestinal health" if it refers to digestion or defecation. If it refers to urination, then put it under "kidneys." If you refer to both bowels and the bladder, then place it under both "intestines" and "kidneys."
Sometimes it can take a while. There are over 7,000 categories, and who knows how many questions. What I would suggest is to rephrase the question and ask it again. Make sure to categorize the question under the best category/categories [up to 3], that it would fall under.
Yes. Someone else will find a category that best suits the question if you cannot. Sometimes, "Uncategorized" is the most appropriate place for an unusual question.

Quantum mechanics questions are generally in the Quantum Mechanics or Physics categories. Unfortunately, though, people mis-categorize lots of their questions. To access these topics, click on the categories in blue, just under your question.
