The windows are fed by a circuit breaker. If all are not working you should check the harness to the driver's door for broken wires.

It is likely the drivers were not installed correctly when upgrading. This has been a known issue in some Windows 10 builds. You should search your GPU manufacturers website for the latest driver for your card.
In most cars the passenger seat has a main control also. Try using that.

It is the Lenovo Fan Speed Control Driver. Current file name ID1FSC01WW6.exe is for Windows 7 (64-bit) I have an SL300 with a fan always working on Windows 8 x64 Pro. This driver installed just fine and is reported as working under device management. But I see no performance improvement or manual controls over my laptop's fan speed.
Possibly the switches on the driver door messed up. Normally, if the switches on the driver door don't work all the others stop working.
Depends on the driver and modifications, but stock for stock with the same driver, the Mustang would win.
