i lost my shoulder length hair from color and perm. now its half the original length and very unequal.
firstly try 2 visit your hair specialist and let her cut your hair 2 a normal and equal length
second, 4get about perming for the next three months
treat ur hair to a good wash and condition weekly. for better results, try 2 do this at home where u can patiently detangle and blow dry using essential oils.
combing hair all the time also helps 2 break hair. leave ur hair to resume its strength by braiding and only undo when u want 2 wash hair.
buy a wig or or two for the time being
note that the best way 2 regain ur hair is to patiently treat it yourself at home and in-fact stay away from all those saloon chemicals and see how fast ur hair grows back.
perm your hair first, because if you color first the steam from perming will bleach it out.
u should never get a perm after color u should get perm then color if u don't it could permanently damage your hair
No it will burn and damage your hair. If you do want a perm just perm it make sure you have no color in it, make sure it's your natural color or else it will burn the hair and cause damage. If you want to color do not perm either it's so bad for your hair if you should do both...
Perm first. Any texturizing service after color will lighten the hair which can result in over processing or undesired color.
It depends on the perm but it will burn though your hair because you would have just got it perm
it is better to perm the hair then dye because the chemicals in the relaxer will strip the hair of color. This increases the risk of your hair color being lighter than you desired.
Hair color can be applied to your hair at least 2 weeks after a perm. Alternately if you color your hair first you must wait 2 weeks before perming.
It doesn't matter, but they should be at least two weeks apart

you dont ratcher.. you do it seperately, or, find a perm / hair color kit all in one. GETTUM GURL
You really shouldn't color or highlight over a perm over a perm. Perms break down to much of the hair's bond and strip the cuticle. Applying hair color and becomes dangerous and unpredictable when the hair is in a compromised state.
Whether you get the perm or the color first, you have to wait 7 days between perms and color.
