Hi , If you are lighting fireworks and one of them does not go off you should NEVER return to it , Leave it and light your other fireworks off away from the firework then when you have finished your display put water on the firework.

the code is: NEVER let a firework go off in your hand NEVER let pets outside when letting them off if you think a firework isn't going off don't go up to it it could go off at anytime by Taylor pettifer
A firework explosion gives off heat.
Go to the hospital ASAP and hope for the best.
no you can not.
Well it depends on what kind of firework it is. If its a 1.4G firework you should have the crowed at least 10-40 yards away but if the type of firework is 1.3G you should have the crowed 30-60 yards away. I dont know if this is correct but that is what i know if the changed the regulations then I am not aware of or if the lenght is to long.

Once! And if it doesn't explode, don't go near it because it could go off at any minute!
for enjoyment and to entertain
when near a firework you sould always read how far away you should be from the firework, you should never be standing right beside the firework, be ready to duck for cover at all time incase the firework reacts wrong

It depends on the firework. Like a bottle rocket can go up to 100 feet but a mortar or shells can go up to300 feet or height depending on the amount of thrust it has and the size of the firework.
