Stupid question...underage and minor are the same thing. And a parent can do this for his/her child if that's what they wish.
What you should do is mind your own business.
According to Facebooks rules, no-one under the age of 13 should be on Facebook, and those between 13 and 18 are only allowed access with parents permission. Therefore if you are underage, and you have a facebook account your parents have authority over it and may access it at their own discretion.
If you want to open a account on facebook. you should have +13 (age).
If you don't have a facebook account just type their name on google and it should say join them on facebook.
you should have a twiter
If an underage permit driver had an accident in a noncustodial parent's car, the insurance of the custodial parent should cover the cost. Contact the insurance company for full coverage benefits.
you can Deactivate your facebook by going to account (top, by profile button), then account settings and at the bottom there should be "Deactivate Account" button
The minimum age dictated by facebook is 13. You have to be 13 to set an account up. It will change from person to person as to whether they think a child of 13 should be on facebook
You should connect your school app to your Facebook account.
Go to your email (that you had signed up with) and there should be an email from Facebook with a link to confirm your account.
Facebooks should be working. Contact Facebook if your account continues to not work. Bagshad :)
hide it from her
A 6th grader's parent's should decide whether it is safe for his/her child to join facebook, twitter, myspace, etc.
