There are a couple of things you should do. Tell your parents and boyfriend you are pregnant. Your parents might become angry with you and let them know you want to keep your baby(s). Tell your boyfriend, it can be hard - but tell them as soon as you find out you are pregnant. He may leave you, because he's scared or deny you and your baby.
Its okay. Tell your parents or if you have a good relationship with one of them, tell them you need parental care for you and your baby. You want you and your baby to be very healthy. Maybe you can tell a school counselor- (who you trust) to help you talk with your parents. Don't stress no matter what happens, it's bad for you and your baby.
P.S. Becoming a mommy even young is hard work and never give up. Don't do drugs, smoke, drink, etc. around your baby or while pregnant. You want your child to become successful in life and you can be the best mommy ever!
