i would dump him majorly. just a bit of a disloyal character there. i caught a boyfirend of mine doing the same thing. i felt betrayed. it felt like he was cheating on me. needless to say he ain't my boyfriend anymore. i'd get rid of him. im sorry but he sounds like a jerk.

If you are emailing somebody a formal email than yes. If you are just emailing a friend you don't necessarily have to but I do just because my mom always did. I learned from her. My friend though when emailing me does not and its OK
