If its a hurt wild rat I would take it to the Vets - our vet seems to be obliged to treat wild animals free of charge. Let the vet decide what is best for the animal. If it can be saves and set free then all the better. I don't see any need to needlesly exterminate wild animals
no i feed my rat people food all the time
i have a pet rat and she hurt her paw onces and if you really cared about the rat you take it to the vet that's what i did personaly
to hurt preedetors
If you trained it, you should be able to call its name, so it comes. If not, choose a food your rat like and set it out, keep the cage open so the rat can get in!
getting any animal fixed will hurt them, but the wound will heal.
not ussually, but a rat can lose the top layer of skin on its tail from doing that.
Mostly grains and seeds. You can probably find packs of rat food at PetCo or a local pet store. But A commonly recommended diet is Oxbow Hay's "Regal Rat."
Yes, but be careful not to get soap in their eyes. It could hurt.
Yes they will and it does not hurt them either.
I don't think so. My rat terrier loves hunting squirrels, but she never succeeds. They've never hurt her. I think squirrels are too afraid. You can ask your vet.
Probably a rat, its much bigger and stronger the hamster would be VERY hurt! :(
If i looks hurt. Would be the first thing would be; The colouring of it The way it acts And if it will eat or not.
