You should go to a website that tells you what to do right now as far as feeding it and the right temperature for it. Then, if you have a vet school anywhere near, they'll take it into their bird clinic for free. If you don't have a vet school around, I guess you should ask a local small animal vet. You could also check with the humane society.
I found an abandoned baby rabbit a few weeks ago and I did this stuff. There are tons of websites on animal care.
I hope it does okay.
Call a local veterinarian and ask them for a number of a bird rehabilitator. They are people who take in stray and injured birds and will be glad to take one to help it. It won't cost you anything, normally, since the bird was wild and did not belong to you.
First of all don't touch it, you should use gloves or the mother will reject it.try just putting it back in it's nest, and don't try feeding it, once me and my family found a bird in our front yard and we tried feeding it and it wouldn't eat.
Leave it the heck alone. No one in there right mind, who is not a trained professional would ever need to mess with wild birds
Put it gently into a box with sufficient holes for breathing. If there is a container available--and water--also include that.
Then take it quickly to the nearest veterinarian.
A bed
If you ever find an injured bird, the first thing to do is put it in a box with an indirect source of warmth. Then you should call your local vet or wildlife rehabilitator. They may be able to treat the bird's eye, but you should never try to treat it on your own unless you are certified to do so.
A screwed bird.
Yes Its really what youd feel that was best for da bird
Chicken based canned cat food with a stir stick.
injured
If the baby bird seems injured or in pain, get a clean towel from your home and carefully hold the bird in it. Place it on a safe place in your house. While monitoring it called your animal control number. Don't feed or interact with the bird often, this will make it lose its scent and its mother won't being able to find it. Otherwise, if the bird does not see harmed still watch it from a distance to make sure it's ok.
If the bird can't be helped the mother, you should put the bird in a cardboard box and keep it warm. You can try to keep the bird as comfortable as possible. The bird can be fed worms, and water with a dropper.
Well, if its broken, you should go to the hospital.
put up a bird feeder close to the ground (give it strength) call RSPCA or let it recover naturally
