Whenever you see a stray or poorly treated cat, you should at least try to feed it. WARNING: this is only if you're a cat person!! The cat will most likely try to attach itself to you and will not go away. If you do not want a cat, but feel sorry for it, don't take a chance! It will stay with you forever.
