There are no roadways which lead directly from Wisconsin to Interstate 95. Offhand, the route I would recommend would be:Take Interstate 94 out of Wisconsin to Interstate 90/94When it splits, continue on Interstate 90 East, which becomes 80/90Around the Portage, Indiana area, you'll see an exit for Interstate 65. Take I-65 South. From Nashville, exit I65 and take Interstate 24 EastMerge from I24 onto Interstate 75 SouthAt Atlanta, take Interstate 20 EastSomewhere around Augusta, you'll see an exit for US 78. Take US78 East.US78 intersects with US21. Take US21 South.US21 runs you right into I95. Take I95 South to your destination. That's just what I figured from looking at the Rand McNally Motor Carriers Road Atlas.
Take I-110 NORTH to I-10 WEST to NEW ORLEANS at EXIT 4B.Take I-10 WEST to N.O. INT'L AIRPORT at EXIT 223B via I-610 (EXIT 238B).
Exit 55 at US 80 eastbound; this highway will take you directly into Joliet. Also US Rt 30; this local route will take you into Joliet via surface roads and stop lights.
== == Head east on Interstate 80 and take exit 242. For a detailed map, see the Related Link.
Interstate is a relatively new word for a highway system. It was first used for the new national highway system in the US." I got on the interstate at exit 10 and got off at exit 16."---As an adjective: Federal laws regulate interstatecommerce; state laws regulate intrastate commerce. As a noun: Take exit nine off the interstate and it's just a short distance from there.
Interstate 85 isn't really on the way from Murfreesboro, TN to Cardiff, CA. But if you take I-24, I-40 and I-15, the total distance will be around 2,100 miles, and it should take about 33 hours (or more or less, depending on how fast you drive).
There's a number of options. You can go to the next exit to get turned around, or, if you know the area well enough, you can get off at the next exit and take surface roads to where you want to go. But, DO NOT, under any circumstances, stop and try to back up to the off-ramp, and do not try crossing the median to get turned around.
It looks as if the shortest route, as far as driving time is concerned, is to take interstate 80 east to interstate 65 south/70 east toward Columbus. Then you take exit 4A from 70 east to get to 3rd street in downtown Columbus
It should take between 101/2 hours and 11 hours to complete your trip. If you take Interstate 71 and Interstate 65, then your travel should be able to be completed in the above time.
