Jus because someone likes you, doesn't mean you need to start dating!!! If he likes you but doesnt want to have a relationship, why does it matter??? Do you really need to go out??? Think about why he would like you and if/why you like him... If you like him, start to become friends and eventually, you'll be in a relationship!!!

If you think about it and don't have that much feelings for him then you probably should end that relationship, it's not good to keep leading the person on if the feelings aren't the same.
