You should start taking apple cider vinegar and/ or see your doctor. If you do see your doctor he will more than likely prescribe a low dose of blood pressure pills. But once you start it's hard to get off them. so if I were you I'd start researching, keep your eye on it and at least cut down on fats, weight, do more exercise and so on.
If it is that way for a longer period of time, a coma usually starts. At first, its fainting or extreme dizziness and that when you need to get help, drink water, eat something light and salty (like potato chips or a banana will work).
