Also, My dad is bipolar and thinks he is undercover for the fbi. He dose stuff, such as cocaine, and says its part of his acting job. He is also very parinoid about everthing and has intense verbal abuse to my family and I. We told his doctor about this and all he did was prescribe medications....which did not help and now he is stuck atte house causing problems here and to others through the phone. What should I, the son, do? Or my mom? Cant divorce because of financial issues or else my mom would.

You can't be HURTFUL and not abuse. Abuse can be verbal, emotional & mental. Talk to someone about it. Perhaps a school counselor or priest.
