No! Nyquil has acetaminophen (the same stuff that is in Tylenol) and it is toxic to dogs or cats. If you think your dog needs NyQuil it's best to take them to a vet. If it's a runny nose and sneezing it's more than likely an upper respiratory infection and needs antibiotics. If it's coughing theres a hundred different things it could be. Robitussin in small amounts has been used and some people think it's ok but others don't. So I would be very careful with anything that is intended for people. I know vets are expensive but it really is the best thing to do for your pet!

Never give your dog any medications without checking with your vet! NyQuil make a human fairly sleepy (for a reason) and if there is a sinus problem, the dog seems to have a cold or fever or you just want the dog to sleep through the night then see your vet! Sometimes your dog just wants to be near you so either let them sleep with you or if this is an inconvenience of you don't want to share your bed with a dog, teach them to lay on a carpet next to your bed.
