∙ 14y agoIf your hair is damaged, (from straightening, curling, coloring, etc) it can be very hard to get it healthy again. To do this, you must cut your hair. Get several inches off and get layers & angels. This may not entirely help your hair, but you will see a difference. After you get it cut, you need to take a break from straightening. After a few months, your hair will grow a few inches, so you must get it cut again. Do this until your hair is split-end free! This is a hard process, but you will get a good result!
P.S. My hair was damaged from years of straightening! I was real sad when I had to cut my long hair, but it was well worth it! Now, my hair is healthy and I don't have to worry about split-ends or anything!

∙ 10y agoIf the hair extensions are damaged & synthetic it is not likely they can be repaired if damaged. If the extensions are (quality) human hair, you have to treat them as your own. You can stop colouring them & applying a heat protector & you can deep condition them.
