If your mom does not allow mascara, you shouldn't try to wear it. You can use eye shadow and other make-up to brighten your eyes. If you still feel like mascara is important, ask if you can wear it only for a special occasion like a family holiday party.
You can wear makeup at any age, as long as your parents and your school's dress code allow it. Remember though to be responsible with your mascara (meaning get a new tube every 3-6 months, don't share the tube or brush, and remove your mascara at night.)
Well, um, i really don't know. You should really use Google.
There really isn't anything that you "should" do. But I would suggest that you might allow yourself to feel something.
Retail tore interviews usually allow facial hair as an acceptable appearance as long as it is well kept.
i really cant help you its ur work u should know
I don't know if you can "WHERE" makeup at a horse show, but you definitely can WEAR makeup at a horse show. The question really isn't CAN you...but SHOULD you...and how much is too much? How old are you? Do your parents allow you to wear makeup at other times? A little bit of lip gloss and a teensy bit of mascara will make you look a little more alive in the ring...but if you are under 14 years of age, I wouldn't even think of wearing lip gloss or mascara. You and your horse should be there to show how well you work together; you should not be there to show off your makeup.
It really depends on what school you go to, some schools dont allow you to attach badges etc. on to your school uniform so you should really check with the school before you do anything.

If you have almond shaped eyes, the color eye makeup that you should wear include gray, brown and green. Apply shadow to the outer corner in a thin line and gradually allow it to thicken as you get to the center. Apply two coats of mascara.

That depends if you are allowed to or not. You will reach an age that you should shave but if your religion/beliefs do not allow you to you should really sit down and talk with your parents concerning this either way.
That's up to the parent(s) to decide. Some parents let their tweens wear simple makeup like lip gloss and mascara, and gradually get to more mature makeup like foundation and lip stick as they get older. When you see your children are mature enough, you can allow it.
