Well, when I answer this I can answer from experience. This happened to me a few years ago. Sorry to tell you, but there's nothing you really can do. Just know the reason they are getting separated very likely has nothing to do with you! Dont blame yourself!
Don't argue with your parents about this decision, just make sure you get to ride it out with BOTH parents. Do all you can to be sure you get to see both of your parents regularly! Don't let them fill your ears with negative information about the other parent. If you have siblings (especially younger), assure them that mom and dad still love you all, and do all you can to cheer them up. Do all you can to stay positive and you will make it through this difficult time.
