- that might work for some people but else I would recommend finding out what makes you happy and do that
- make yourself go out and be with your friends even if you still feel sad
- take a shower and dress up in your best clothes
- play with a pet
- read a funny book or see a funny movie
- distract yourself by doing something complicated like working puzzles

∙ 12y agoWhat I always do: I have a friend who's a complete idiot. We both watch neg's urban . Whenever one of is depressed about something, we check out the latest episode, head over to the mall, and do whatever the episode is about. It's fun and helps out physically. You should try it when your happy, then you'll know if it's what you might wanna do. (You can find out about neg's urban on YouTube. Just type in "Neg's Urban " and you'll get a bunch of different crap.)
I'm pretty sad right now..... One piece of advice I can give you is: PRAY!
