There is only one thing you can do. Tell your teacher at the start of the day and ask if you can turn the homework in the following day or possibly do it again if you have time before the class.
"I forgot to do my homework. I know I should do extra homework so I can learn how to punctuate and capitalize a sentence."
Depending on the homework they get and what kind of student they are, you should decide. If the homework was a long-term assignment that the student had several days to complete, they should have a punishment. However, if they are a good student, and they forgot a short term assignment, you should give them a second chance.
Everybody forgets sometimes - the trick is to get an assignment notebook where you keep all of your homework and projects so you don't forget them.
You seem to be in trouble. You should not have forgotten these things - I am sure that other students did not forget and therefore did their homework OK. This is not a valid excuse you should be given an F for this assignment. Learn from this and do not repeat the mistake again.
you should do your homework young man the websites called answers for a reason. so us people can say forget homework lmao {demonchild}
yes it is and never forget to do your science homework
You get lots of homework because teachers don't want their students to forget anything over break.
You should tell the truth about what happened to your teacher and tell them that you will bring it in tomorrow or next week if it is due on Friday. Don't even try to make an excuse
They're not organized. Have a homework notebookwhere you keep all of your assignments and homework papers, and make sure that it's in your book bag at all times
Be honest. We have heard EVERY excuse.
A good way to help you remember what homework needs to be done is to write it down rather than relying on memory. If you are having trouble memorizing your lessons, try repeating them out loud.
The best way is to write it down in a planner. If you are a big picture person, look at the entire month. If you worry about details, write down assignments AND what you did in each class for every day. I also find that it helps to keep one folder for homework-in-progress. That way, I can't forget papers at school or that there was homework in one class.
