maybe you should try to eat 2 slices of bread only, with some low-fat cheese as spread, one glass of milk, and plenty of vegetables,and fruits. do a lot of exercise and sit ups for flat tummy

Any exercise would do but you need to do 30mins of exercise a day and eat a variety of food and only a small amount of biscuits and chocolate a week.
If you only drank alcohol a couple of nights a month, you could still gain a flat tummy through working out. However, you would also have to eat right. Cut way back on fats, sugar, and high calorie foods. Eat more fruits and vegetables, and drink plenty of water.
