lots and lots of veggies and only Salad for dinner with light dressing. Eat only and only fruits for snacks. For Lunch 80% of your meal should be vegetable with protein( Tofu or any kind of meat) and 20% should be carbs. Never ever miss your breakfast which should have oats with nuts and non fat milk or Cream of wheat with nut and Non fat milk and don't forget to make a glass of Yummy soomthie with Stawberries, Banana, Soy milk and Orange Juice you can add some whey protein as well.

You should just cut down on what you eat currently, and eat less junk food, plus exercise. You have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight.
