Because there is a risk of a child choking.
he should encourage himself to get some hope
If a child is choking you must not panic and you must give the child any liquids to make the stuff that's making your child choking. Make sure nothing is in his or her mouth and then call a near grown up to take over,If you happen to be the grown up and don't know what to do call 911.

If they are not able to cough, and if you know how to perform abdominal thrust maneuvers to try to dislodge the object, you should also ask them if you can help them before making any attempts.
you should look in his or her mouth if the object hasn't came out if not , keep doing abdominal thrust until item is out . but if the item is out . you give two rescue breaths and abdominal thrust until child becomes responsive .

In choking due to infection, the person, usually a child, will have a fever and signs of illness before labored breathing begins.
Do the Heimlich Maneuver (abdominal thrusts). The kid will 'spit' out the meat or whatever he/she's chocking on.
