It is very sinful per Islam teachings to have sex (oral and/or intercourse sex) before licit marriage. Accordingly, this Muslim girl is sinful and should know that she is sinful, she should repent, and she should intend not to do it again. She should do her best to get married with the same one she committed the affair with him

Ultimately, whether secularism is considered sinful is subjective and dependent on one's religious beliefs.

Firstly, it must be understood that the Bible nowhere teaches that the sexual act is itself sinful. Context determines sin, in this and many other cases. The inherited sinful nature has nothing whatever to do with sex of itself, even if the context of that act was indeed sinful. Jesus sinlessness had to do with His being divine, and to the fact He did not inherit our sinful nature.
