To get rid of your monster's health on Moshi Monsters, do not play with your monster for several days. Do not feed it, do not buy things, do not play games. Both the health and happiness of your monster should go down.
In my opinion,a good synchro deck should have a mix of attributes whereas the monsters should be a mix of attack defense.
There are many places to train. Where you train depends on your combat level, and also on whether you want to use a melee attack, a ranged attack, or a magic attack. In general, try to attack monsters below your level, otherwise you will need a lot of food. If you go underground beneath the Barbarian Village, you will find monsters of many different levels.
There aren't that many monsters to attack at your level, but you should try the Black Knights' Fortress which is just North of the Dwarves on the map. Also you could try going to the Fist of Guthix or the Duel Arena near Al Kharid.
You should feed your Moshi Monster until its health goes up and it is happier.
To get your Health up, go to a shop and buy some Healthy food. For example Green. Then go back home and feed it to your monster. Check your health, it should be a bit better.

I do not believe that there are any heart attack risks with a diet. As long as you eat healthy and an adequate amount of food, you should see changes in your health.
