What should you wear when you want to impress someone?

To impress a guy, you should wear something you are comfortable in. Simple things can impress them. Like if it makes your eyes look darker, or your complexion clearer. Don't wear things you are uncomfortable in. (excluding heels, because nobody is comfortable in them). Look through your closet and find things that suit you best, and remember what the guy likes.

Well if it's a boy, you want to look like a natural beauty, so don't go to far?

Skinnes, lovely things, flattering and casual. Sneakers, Boat shoes, espadrilles, something flat and fashionable for shoes. Kint jumpers are in at the moment, so black vest top with a knit top over the vest. If you don't want that, then maybe something like a off the shoulder top.

Another idea, if your a dancer or is good at singing or acting, wear something that reflects that, and show it off, not to arrogant though. If your a dancer like me, then leggings, a bandeau underneath, white sneakers, and a long vest top. Maybe miltary boots to change the outfit off.

If you like girly stuff, then skinnes again, light pink, and light blue frothy blouse, not too over the top, light white pumps and a floral long cardigan that fits snugly around the blouse.

Make up must be light, light pinks or skin colors, if you want something more risky, try retro. Red lipsticks and dark eye shadow.
