I would suggest these classics that I grew up with: Dragon Tails, Arthur (I still watch that one :)), Elmo, Barney...(Anything that was on in 1997) ect.

Then there are newer ones such as: Wow wow wubbsy, Yo Gaba Gaba, The Fresh Beat Band...ect
