There's no such thing as a "standard" drug screen. Testers look for whatever they're most concerned about. Commonly screened drugs might include marijuana, opiates (morphine, codeine, heroine), oxycodone, amphetamines (including methamphetamine and ecstasy), cocaine, and barbiturates, but could include just about anything if the person running the screen is concerned about it. For example, if you have a known history of drug abuse, the screen is likely to include those drugs you're known to have used in the past.
Klonopin is a benzo, so yes it shows up on a standard 10 stick drug test. Don't know about the Soma though.
