There was a gaping hole in the side of the plane after the crash landing
Depends if you are landing from the south east or from the north west. Planes land into the wind, this means in winter you normally approach from the south east and in summer from the north west. In summer the best would be on the left hand side of the plane (facing forward) and in winter on the right hand side (facing forward) - although in winter the mountain is normally obscured by cloud. This is just a generalization though

The probability of a coin landing head-side down is 0.5 The probability of landing head-side up is 0.5 Did you mean to ask the probability of it landing on its edge ?
Plane
Planes on approach or in a holding pattern typically circle to the right (clockwise) although this is not ALWAYS the case. So seats on the RIGHT side of the plane usually get to see more of the destination. For some approaches, such as Los Angeles, approaches may be "straight in" for dozens of miles, so you would only see one-half from either side (departures from runway 27L get a good view from the south).

All you need is the right temperature over the runway and the right gust of wind. I saw it happen on take of once , the plane ( a Cessna 175 just barely cleared the fence that ran parallel along the side of the runway.
The left side of a ship or plane.
The red light on a plane is on the left side
It is basically your opinion, all sides had really good planes, but your opinion is whatever side
The Transverse Plane is the horizontal plane running from the anterior to the posterior side.
