You mean military allies? It depends on the specific situation, but it is very unlikely. The only time when Mexico and the US had such kind of alliance was during World War Two.
Mexico and the United States have had a very complex relationship, starting since Mexico became independent in 1821 until this very day. The US probably offended them the most right before and right after the Mexican-American war, when in Mexico's view, we stole a lot of their territory.
