i believe they're 15 mm the main bed bolts are 15 mm
but there are two 13 mm's, one on each of the frame rails, that also need to be removed. these are for the grounds of the wiring system and are very important to remember to hook back up up your truck WILL NOT start :)

You need a 40 Torx screwdriver. Remove the two bolts holding each pivot point on the bed side of your S10, and the single bolt holding the out hinge on the gate itself. Put the new hinges on, tighten the Torx bolts. The Torx bolts seem to strip easily. You might consider changing them to Allen heads as part of the procedure.
