Both the front and rear are 4" door speakers, although it is not unheard of to fit 5.25" speakers in the front, and 6" in the back. Hope this helps!

Take the door pannels off of the interior of door, unscrew stock speakers, cut speaker wire, attach new speakers to the wires
if they're the same as in the 1996 Avalon, then they're probably 4-inch door-mounted speakers. You can check Crutchfield.com for sizes and brands that will fit.

There is a six speaker system in the avalons. The tweeters are 2.1 and both front and rear door speakers are 4.2. Although you can put a 5.25 in the doors.
The diameter of rear door speakers for a Toyota Auris are 4 inches. However, they can be replaced with speakers that are slightly larger.
To replace the front speakers in a Toyota Sienna the door panels must first be removed. With the door panels removed the speakers will be easily accessible and the mounting screws can be loosen. Unplug the speakers and remove them. Install the new speakers.
The 1996 Avalon does not use a fuse that is specific to the seat. The car uses the door fuse link for the power seat.
If the speakers are in the door panel then you must remove the door panel to install new speakers. You can only bypass removing the door panel if the speakers are located elsewhere.
