It depends. In my 1994 Eclipse GS there were 3.5" speakers in the dash, 6.5" speakers in the doors and 6X9" speakers in the back. I think some have 6.5" in the back and some do not have the 3.5" in the dash. Best to have someone who knows what they are doing take a look at it. Some people put tweeters where the 3.5" are others just unhook the dash speakers and replace the door speakers with high quality 6.5"
