It should be in the valve cover, there is a little hose connecting the valve the the throttle body.
Toyota Camry does not have adjustable valves. If valve clearance is not proper you need to replace the valve shims with appropriate sizes (usually different for each valve).

remove the two bolts holding it in (5/16" i believe) un-clip the wiring connector, use a new gasket and reinstall it torquing the bolts to 89 in/lbs (10 nm) reconnect the connector and you should be all set
