There is no correct answer for this question as it's worded, but here is how you accurately measure for a bra size:
Take tape measure and measure around your back (right about where your bra strap would go) coming up in front above your breasts (across the top of your chest). This will be the number of your bra (mine is 34). Now measure around the largest point of your breasts (around the back at the strap site and across the front at the nipple). Take this number and subtract it from the first number (my second number was 37) The bra letter corresponds with the number (1=A, 2=B, 3=C, etc). I wear a 34C.
A persons dress size has nothing to do with bust size. A size 8 woman can wear a 32DD or a 38A. You never know.
