The first thing you should try is your breaker box or fuse box you may just need to replace a fuse or switch a breaker back on.

You can find a cheap chest freezer at Lowe's. They have a wide variety that can hold just about anything you need. Best buy also has a few that are only a few hundred but they do not have large ones.

Either there is something drawing a lot more current, or the breaker is faulty. You may need to have an electrician check the breaker for you, or if you feel competent, replace the breaker with another of equal value. That would be a lot less expensive than having an electrician drop by. BUT... The startup current of a household freezer AND the "small pump" may add up to enough current that it's tripping the breaker. Read the labels and see what the actual current draw is on the pump AND on the freezer. If the total current approaches the value of the breaker it might be best to move something to a different circuit.

There is a resetting circuit breaker instead of a fuse on most models. On my 1995 there are two such reset breakers in my fuse panel and they are interchangable. You need to check to see if there is power going to the breaker. If there is no power on the other side then the breaker has likely failed open. You can jumper across the terminals and if the windows start working then you know the breaker is bad. Had a similar problem, turned out that the clips where the CB plugs in under the dash where not making a good connection with the breaker, just use a flat head and pry them closer.

most of the time the window fuse is located under the hood but it could aso be in the regualar fuse box but if not it would be in the fuse box uder the hood Fuse box is by drivers left knee. Above this are the flashers and about 3 inches above this is the circuit breaker for the windows and door locks. breaker is silver, about 1/2 by 5/8 inch and in the center is the button you need to push in to reset. I used an unbent paper clip to press it. Make sure unit is not energized. May need to unplug breaker first. Press in center button until it clicks.
