The average size of an erect adult penis is 6 to 7 inches long so I would imagine that the stadard size of condoms is made to cater for that length. A 12 inch erect penis is longer than the average so I'd imagine that a "large" size condom would be required, to be sure it would probably be a good idea to ask you local chemist or pharmacist.
