I would go to Gun parts Corp. and find your JC Higgins model and exploaded view of your firearm. Then find the part number you need.they will tell you if they have it in stock. If not you may get the info you need to find them out in the general public.

Numrich gun parts corporation
the JC Higgins is the same as the MARLIN 100 and parts can be interchanged. also I was missing the same thing on my Higgins so I ordered this sight and for under $10 I got sight elevator. https://www.gunpartscorp.com/ad/1137930.htm#1137930AE
the one on the side holds the trigger group in the receiver . the one on top has to do with the scope mount wich is unique to these guns
I typically would have that, but I am out of stock. Go to www.e-gunparts.com and order their item #415250. The JC Higgins Model 41 is the same as the Marlin 101G. sales@countrygunsmith.net
Both! You can cock the hammer and pull trigger for single action. Or, for double action just pull the trigger straight through.
Remove trigger pin with action un-cocked . http://www.histandard.info/manuals/sears/rfrifles/index.html

Mine is on the right side frame above the right side of the trigger guard.
i think now the only way to find parts is to buy a used gun from someone to fix your own.
