It takes a very short 22mm socket. I actually bought a cheap socket and cut about 5/16" off of it, this is much cheaper than the $25 for the specialty socket.
The 2.2L Saturn Vue uses a cartridge filter that installs to the right of the intake manifold underneath a black cap. The cap is removed with a 1-1/4" socket. The oil filter I use is Bosch #3324. The 3.5L used a Honda drivetrain and I'm not sure what the filter is for that.
It is accessed from under the hood. It is located in the front of the engine next to the power steering fluid reservoir, and it takes a 36mm socket or wrench to remove the oil filter housing cover.
You will need 5 quarts to change the oil and filter in a Saturn.
Walk into or call any auto parts store. Ask for a cabin filter for your Saturn. They will tell you if it has one. Or you can look in your owner's manual.

On top of transmission where it fastens to the engine. You have to remove the filter housing to get to it.
I think the fuel filter is located on the driver's side near the gas tank, probably just in front of it. I found the following site has great instructions and pictures as I recently had my fuel filter replaced in my 2002 Saturn SL2, http://www.cristhomas.com/cars/FuelFilter/FuelFilterHowTo.html
On the 2002 Vue with the v6 engine, the sensor is on the side of the engine. The sensor is right beside of the oil filter.
Look under and behind the air filter housing.
