I have 225/30ZR20's for mine. The tire itself is a little too small for the rim which leads to bead problems but I have had mine on for over a year with very little problem. I wish bigger tires were an option but you literally can't fit them under the car.

The correct size for tires for the 2003 base model Chevy Trailblazer with 17-inch rims is P245/65R17 105S. The correct size for the base Trailblazer with the 16-inch rims is P245/70R16 106S, and the correct size for the 2003 Trailblazer EXT with 17-inch rims is P245/65R17 105S.
