The 2008 Ford Escape has the newer-style pinch tab wiper blade/arm attachments. You must get pinch tab adaptable wiper blades. See sources and related links below for wiper blade options and installation videos.
Not sure what you mean by "19' B", but the 2003 Ford Escape takes fairly standard 19" front wipers for hook-end arms and a hard-to-find 10" rear wiper. Watch the videos below for hook-end wiper blades.

The 1998 Ford Ranger takes 18" replacement windshield wiper blades on both sides front.
The 2002 Ford Escape has hook-end wiper arms on both front and rear and are easy to change. See the Sources and Related Links section below for videos on how to change wiper blades as well as what size wiper blades are on the vehicle (correct attachment and lengths). Tip: if you purchase the replacement blades first, there will also be additional instructions/illustrations on the replacement packages. Locate and press the tab or button where the wiper blade is inserted into the hook of the wiper arm and pull wiper blade out of hook. You may have to rotate and flex the blade to make enough clearance for the hook to pass through.
