Assuming you mean the engine oil drain plug, a 15mm wrench should do the job.
If it's the "oil" drain plug, the size wrench is, better yet use a socket wrench=13mm.
Lefty Loosey (counterclockwise to remove), righty tighty (clockwise to tighten). That drain plug should take a 15mm wrench.
It should 14 mm wrench.
It should be on the drain plug.
the radiator drain plug is on the bottom right facing car from front. you may have to remove the sheild to get at it. my 2000 malibu uses a allen wrench to loosen the drain plug for the radiator. good-day !
You will need a Torx style bit or wrench to fit into the plug (size T40). A small pipe wrench which grips the outer flange of the plug can also be used to loosen it.
To remove the spare tire there will be a little flap of carpet in the rear of the van. behind the 3rd row seats.Lift that up and use your lug wrench to lower the tire.
It is on the bottom of the oil pan.
