Jock rash or Dhobie itch is a fungal infection. Soap will not cure it , what is needed is a topical anti fungal medication.
If you are worried you should go and see your Doctor Who will be able to prescribe the most effective medication for this condition (there are a number of different funguses and they need different sorts of treatments to be effective).
Fungal jock itch is "tinea cruris".
No, but you may get a rash from the soap.
Tinea cruris or Jock itch as it is most commonly known as is a type of ringworm. Some of the most common signs are rash or redding of the skin on or near the groin area. Small bumps normally appear around the rash as well.
maybe it is jock itch or heat rash
It's most likely just jock rash. Keep it clean and as dry as possible and use some anti fungal powder on the whole groin area.
The school jock was very popular.
It could possibly be a soap related rash. A doctor will be able to determine the cause of the rash.
Many diaper rashes are actually yeast infections, and Monistat is great on it. Monistat also works wonders on jock itch and athletes foot.
They hurt because they are dirty. Warm bath or shower, soap, dry them well, if possible use a blow dryer to get them totally dry and use some jock rash powder. Clean and powder at least once a day, morning and night would be better and in a few days you should be alright. Keep using powder and keep them as dry as possible.
whased with soap and aplied any kind the oil or any anti-itch cream , the rash desapeared.
You will find this is a bacterial infection. Go to a pharmacy and buy an anti-bacterial wash. It needs to be anti-bacterial, not anti-septic. You will find that the pharmacy has anti-bacterial soaps that doctors use to wash their hands. Or they also have antibacterial fash-wash soap for acne. Use this soap twice a day and the rash should lessen within a couple of days, and completely disappear in about three weeks. Keep using the soap until the WHOLE rash goes or it will just "grow" back again.
it could be allergic or irritation to the kind of soap you used for the dog, or its something outside the puppy got into. also if it worsens i would recommend you don't use the same soap or take the puppy to your local vet.
