What software do you download onto the acekard 2i to make it work?

You can download either the Acekard firmware or the AKAIO firmware from acekard.com, then extract the files to your microSD card.

Nintendo's latest DSi firmware, 1.4 , is anti-flashcart. To fix this problem on the AK2i you will need the following things:

• A DS, or a DSi that is running a firmware lower than 1.4
• This update file: http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dls/AceKard_2i_firmware_v1.4.zip

1. Extract the files to a folder elsewhere on your computer.
2. Once you extracted the file you should see two files. One that has "DSi" in it and the other says "DSL". If you are using a DS Lite to update you AK2i then put the "DSL.nds" in your MicroSD.
3. Put the AK2i in you DS and play the ".NDS" file like you would any other game. If you are using a DSi to update you AK2i the do the same thing but do it with the "DSi.nds" file.
