On April 9, 2012, Fox renewed Glee for a fourth season. Ryan Murphy has confirmed that all regular cast members from the third season will be returning to the show for its fourth season, though "it doesn't mean everyone will be doing 22 episodes".

Rachel and Mercedes actually have two different diva-offs. Once in "Comeback" S02E13, which featured them singing "Take Me or Leave Me". And another time in "100" S05E12 where they sang "Defying Gravity" (with Kurt).
It just had an off season so that new ones could be shot. It is up and running now.

No. Glee is set in high school and while it is possible for the producers of Glee to decide to marry certain characters, it hasn't happened yet. Sam and Quinn did, however, dance together while coming down the aisle for Burt Hummel and Carole Hudson's wedding. They also dated for several episodes in the second season of Glee.
