You would go to an observatory building atop a mountain somewhere in the desert far from any city. A telescope thre would give you your best views of the heavens from earth.
food, water... you?? ;)
you would need a space suit and supplies also a lot of space food and the most important a spacecraft.
Development for the space program include research into manufacturing methods and device miniaturization to reduce the weight and size of equipment going into the space vehicles. This was needed to minimize the amount of material to be launched into space. It resulted in many inventions and the development of new materials in manufacturing as well as the development of sensors and medical equipment such as the pacemaker. Much of this was made available to the public and businesses in various ways such as the publication of the Nasa Tech Brief magazine. Without the space program we would be without all these benefits and life saving equipment.
You would look at random space junk floating around the moon
You might think a flare would not burn in a vacuum, however, they will. The oxygen for the flare to burn is already chemically in the flare. And flare guns HAVE gone into space- as emergency equipment.
a rocket may carry space equipment
A spaceship.
Time Warner Cable does not require equipment to be install outside a building

No. The building footprint is the area it occupies within a lot or space. That building can be multiple stories ether above or underground. The space within the building footprint/ multiple stories can be considered the square footage.
If people wanted to travel in space for long periods of time, then they would either have to take a lot of food, which would cost loads of money to launch into space, or they would have to grow food.
Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE) are items that are vital to a business operation. Usually these assets cannot be liquidated quickly. Such items would be the property the building is on, the building, and machinery used in production. Furniture, fixtures, and Equipment (FFE) are things that are not attached to the building. Examples of such items are desks, lighting fixtures, and computers.
First if you didn't have oxygen when you went into space then you would die. Secondly if you went into space without the correct uniform and then you stepped out of the rocket, when in space, then you would just float because there is no gravity in space, bu if you had the correct equipment all a good supply of oxygen then you would be fine.
I think the key word is "obligated" i would say if i wanted to recover any funds I would recover the equipment because that will probally be the only funds you may see from the deal "walked that mile!"
I am looking into building an office space that it 13x12x15. How much would it cost to have a room that size built?
