If you mean where do you go to ride one you go to the stabes on your map and go inside the door but there is a game sort of thing you have to do to get the saddle and then you can ride the horse. Ask the man in the stables for what you have to do.

From the way the question is phrased it sounds like you're talking about a computer game of some sort. You'll need to tell us which game in order to get a valid answer. If you by chance mean real horses, once you own the horse you can (attempt to) ride it. If you don't have a lot of previous experience with horses, then you should get a trained riding horse which is used to being ridden, and take riding lessons on the proper way to ride a horse. There's much more to it than can be explained in a paragraph or two.

Native Americans used to ride their horses bare back, in yonder times. Sort of rode on the seat of their "pants" and "felt" their horse to maintain control. It's still possible, but we're spoiled now. Yes, it is indeed possible to ride without a saddle all year round.
