Something is going wrong with your dog's digestion causing a gas blockage. Possibly your dog ate too much or eats a low grain diet from a low cost food. Try and OTC drug that contains simethicone. This will help the gas move. If this doesn't work a vet will want to insert a tube to release the gas.
