The spinal cord
The central nervous system is composed of the brain, brain stem, and spinal cord. Efferent nerves travel from the brain, through the spinal cord, to the rest of the body. Afferent nerves travel from the body, back up the spinal cord, and back to the brain.
The parts of the CNS are the brain and the spinal cord.
motor fibers
The tissue in the spinal cord is composed of nervous tissue.
grey and white. White matter of the spinal cord is composed of myelinated and unmyelinated fibers that allow communication between different parts of the spinal cord and between the cord and brain. Gray matter in the spinal cord looks like the letter H or a butterfly.
The central nervous system is composed of the brain and the spinal cord. It is responsible for processing information from the sensory organs, coordinating motor movements, and controlling cognitive functions.
Neurons are the messengers of the central nervous system (CNS) which is composed of the brain and the spinal cord.
Tethered Spinal Cord is a condition where the spinal cord is attached to the spinal column and that causes the cord to become stretched.
peripheralThe central nervous system is composed of the brain and spinal cord, A.
