What stains your teeth more coke coffee or red wine?
Because i myself have to do an experiment in school and my experiment was what stains your teeth the most? I tested on four drinks sprite, coke, tes, and coffee all at the same time and all for twenty five minutes. After the tweny five minutes the coffe eggshell was the darkest, tea and coke were a medium brown and sprite was white.so by my experience coffe seemed to be the one that came out the darkest.
What stains the most is probably tea. But remember that Tea is good for your health, especialy green tea. Soda takes more time to stain teeth, but their action is irreversible, as it demineralizes the enamel and teeth turn yellow over the years. Also Soda causes cavities. The stains caused by tea can be removed with a dental cleaning. But not the ones from Soda.
Coffee has different levels of caffeine depending on the coffee (except decaf), but ounce for ounce it has between 3 to 5 times the caffeine that Coke has. Interestingly, Diet Coke has almost a third more caffeine than Classic Coke. You can get the exact amount of caffeine that different drinks contain by going to the link below. http://www.energyfiend.com/the-caffeine-database

Due to roasting times, exposure to water, and grind coffee and espresso are not at all the same. It's more like asking what has more caffeine, a cup of…
My daughter is 13 years old and she is interested in whitening her teeth with Crest 3D White Whitestrips With Advanced Seal I want to know if it will work on her and it will be safe?
It does work and it's safe as long as she doesn't swallow too much of it. But it will make the teeth noticeably more sensitive. Also, she needs to NOT have anything that will stain her teeth, like coke, coffee, any berry juices, anything with lots of food coloring, or the teeth will be even MORE susceptible to staining until several weeks after the treatments.
